The Vegan Experiment Week 1: Moving Right

My motto is

“Eat well, move well, live well, and Thrive Well!”

These two maneuvers will get you moving better in no time!

Thoracic mobility (mobility of upper back) is important especially when you want to take pressure off your neck and lower back. These are my go-to interventions to address my patients with bad lower backs and necks.

Foam rolling the upper back is a way to loosen those stiff joints and to give yourself a free ‘adjustment.’

The thoracic rotation in quadruped (all fours) forces components of rotation, extension, AND side bending on the stiff joints.

I’m doing these daily.
